We looked at number of houses in various area in and around Lakewood Ranch Florida. Got a sense of what there was and what we wanted. Selected the one we bought after we left the area using a video tour Brian did. Great house with a pool in Polo Run. Have found a few fixes and upgrades to do in this five-year-old house. We love it.

Brian was our agent when we began looking for properties in Florida from out of state. From the beginning, he has been enthusiastic, helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable about the Bradenton and Sarasota real estate marketplace. He listened carefully to our needs and paid close attention to details that were important to us (e.g., our must-haves like gas stove, house facing west, the kind of layout we wanted, etc.). He gave us the pros and cons of each of the areas we looked at and showed us all the different areas around here so we could get a good feel for each location so that when we went home, we knew what to expect. He served as our eyes for remote tours and the house inspection and was always "on it!" when we found a place we were interested, especially the one we finally bought.
