I moved from the Orlando area to Gainesville in 1997 at the age of 19 to pursue a business degree. During that time, I went on to develop several businesses in the area. Through these business ventures and interactions within the community, I found opportunity to explore real estate as a business and investment opportunity.
For the last 11 years, I have worked to develop a successful real estate investment business. Also during this time, I worked as Vice President and Director of National Operations for the nation's largest independent real estate title search company where we provided products and services to some of the nation's largest mortgage lenders, title underwriters and title agents. My extensive experience on this side of a real estate transaction allows me to provide unique insight and further guidance to my clients.
Having seen success from the real estate market through personal investing and the title industry, I decided it was time to make the move into the industry a bit more permanent. I enjoy focusing on helping buyers and sellers to find the ideal home for their needs or sell at the highest possible amount. I'm also quite experienced in working with investors looking for an opportunity to take advantage of the current real estate market in Florida. I aim to be the only real estate agent my clients ever need to turn to throughout their lifetime.
Me and my wife Rachael, a native to the Gainesville area and local dentist, are committed to the community. Our identical twin boys were born in February of 2017, and it's been an exciting time in our lives with these new additions. I enjoy spending time outdoors, traveling, and remain committed to my family and friends throughout the area.
