Brian has been my property manager for the last seven years. I am an out-of-state landlord and without his help I would have not been able to do this. There was no doubt in my mind, when I decided to sell my property that Brian would the agent on my side of the sale. He is fair, honest, and got it done quickly. The sales transaction went quickly and smoothly, including after-hours emails and online document signings. We couldn't have asked for a better agent in all phases of his longtime care and service.

Brian is not only my real estate agent but a professional colleague as well. We have known each other for over 15 years and worked together for approximately 10 years prior to my retirement.
