Our experience with Brian was truly amazing! He came recommended to us and he did not disappoint! He not only sold our house, but also helped us purchase our new house. The process of doing this can be very complicated, and very worrisome as well, but his wealth experience & knowledge gave us confidence & put us at ease. Brian was incredibly helpful with our first home buying experience. He listened to everything we said, we were looking for in a home and he was incredibly helpful in finding that for us. He was never pushy about making a sale either. He truly wanted to find the perfect home for us and didn't rest until he did so. Also, he was very insightful on the market and helped guide us to making smart decisions. He also helped a great deal in things to look for in a home, red flags, etc. As first time home buyers especially, we were very appreciative to have someone with so much knowledge and care, help us through the process. Also, I want to make sure I mention this - we saw quite a few homes with him in a short span but unbelievably closed something within 3 weeks… yes 3 weeks in this crazy market! Also, we needed help with references for quite a lot of other things as well - painters, plumbers, contractors etc.. even before I have hung up on the call requesting him for the contacts.. my inbox would have had all the information — NO COMMISSION involved of course. Brian was our realtor for our recent home purchase. We are fortunate to have Brain in our part. Brain is very Simple, Quick, very professional , knowledgeable, passionate , goes by book/law, and is an easy to reach person. We were very comfortable while working with him. Our home search goes for 4 month long and Brian always looks cool, always smiling, and never forces us to make any deals or make decisions in hasty way. Sometimes we lose our patience and hope but he !! never!!! He always says - "Abhishek there is a home for you, we will find it shortly " and YES!! Finally!! We found & it’s all because of Brian. A Big-Big Big Thanks to Brian. Many times, Brian’s experience saved us from making wrong decisions. Whenever we went to see any home We noticed, Brian comes with proper homework and research like (House background, market trend, locality, structure, builders’ previous history). We saw many homes with Brian, there were numbers of incidents when Brian pointed out the flaw in the home and made us understand how it will impact us in future. Usually, in Highlands Ranch homes go on over asking price & in a day or 2. In our case it was his advice that we should go for a lower bid and see we crack “THE DEAL”. We were out of the town multiple times, still, Brian showed us homes and we never felt it was a virtual tour. He understood our requirement, he worked on it, He clearly understood what our budget is and always tried to get a house in our budget.

I had a great experience with Brian as my agent; I am new to Colorado and was working with an out-of-state family member to try to purchase a house. I had been trying on Zillow to contact agents as well as contact agents directly through their sites but had an incredibly difficult time getting ahold of someone (even though we were cash buyers) and wasn't fond of some of the interactions I had. But Brian answered incredibly quickly and was very kind. I hadn't done something like this before, but Brian was there for literally every step in the process, from looking at houses online, looking at them in person, educating me on what to look for in Colorado, and reading/interpreting signing documents. Together, we looked at a wide variety of price ranges in houses and he helped me narrow it down from there. He was able to get me many showings for houses he personally found as well as houses I found online, getting appointments for me almost as soon as I sent a request. Brian was very knowledgeable about the houses (right down to who built the house and quality in the area) and pointed out things that I would've never known/noticed. I had many questions and he was able to answer them promptly; I was nervous through some items, such as the inspection, but I felt reassured that Brian would do what was best for me. We looked at many houses together and with his help, I was able to find and successfully submit an offer on a gorgeous home. He made the entire process easy and fun without me feeling pressured. I would highly recommend Brian Grimm based on his home construction knowledge, knowledge of the Denver area, his ability to get me showings for houses (including ones I hadn't considered), and his patience, especially when going through the myriad of different documents I needed to sign. I am grateful for his help and felt like a person when working with, not just a sale, which I greatly appreciate. Thank you Brian.
