I had inquired about a few places but Brian was the ONLY agent to offer to pick me up and show me what was available. I never looked back. He showed me different neighborhoods that might appeal to me. I ended up finding my first house as he mailed fliers out in a neighborhood I liked and people responded. Best experience as I made an offer and they accepted with no completion for me! He then went on to sell that house (2 years later) and I made a great profit. I'm in my second home here and its better than the first. It was Brian who negotiated the deal for me. The current resale price, should I decide to sell, has soared. Brian made selling our house so easy. He had the house staged, cleaned, photographed and sold in no time. All of Brian's 3rd party contractors from staging, touch-up painters, photographers, and cleaners were professional and quick. When we listed the house I took our kids on a week vacation and the house was under contract before I got home. So easy.
