We must have looked at two dozen homes or so and Brian happily met us at each one within a reasonable amount of time, sometimes even the day of ! He was on the ball with sending us homes within our price range knowing that they were going to go fast. He was honest about flaws and saw potential in the ugly or worn down. He didn't try to oversell anything and was definitely listening to what we wanted and didn't care for. I apologized so many times for making him work so hard and he never once made me feel bad about it. Brian was wonderful at walking through homes so we could rule them out prior to my husbands trip to Portland. When my husband traveled to Portland for the inspection of the first house we had under contract we were presented with previously undisclosed structural engineering reports about the foundation. Brian gave us fast and honest advice to break contract and keep looking. He then proceeded to drive my husband all over to see some 20+ houses in the span of a day to make the most of my husbands time. By this point Brian knew my preferences enough to say of the bat I wouldn’t like a house so they wouldn’t waste time. Sure enough they found our home that day and Brian made every step along the purchasing process easy and we felt very well informed buying our first house.
