He stuck with us through a couple of bumps in the road, and made our closing smooth and easy. I highly recommend Brian, he is a super agent!

Went to open houses for condos and apts for sale. Talked to agents about my needs. I called Brian about a property I had seen online and he offered to pick me up. In all my searches Brian was the ONLY agent to drive me around Portland. Found the perfect townhome and Brian was able to get me a fair price with no competition from other buyers. I remodeled and made quite a out of profit when Brian sold it for me. 4 months later Brian found me my current home which 3 years on has increased in price nearly half again as much! As being new comers to Portland, Brian spent two years with us with lots of patience showing us every areas in Portland to help us choose the place. Never felt pushed to buy anything, he understood our needs, he did a lot of homework on the places he showed us pointing out the pluses and minuses. Highly recommend him.

We recently used Brian on the sale of our home and purchase of new home. In both transactions, Brian was very attentive, always available and super easy to work with. Brian is definitely the best realtor in Portland. He was able to sell our condo in downtown in a tough condo market for more than I was expecting because he had a strategy. The things my wife and I liked about Brian was his professionalism and honesty. We developed a plan together and had to adjust it in the late summer of 2020, with Covid and the riots. Brain suggested that instead of lowering the price, we take it off the market until things calmed down the the condo market picked back up, his strategy (which saves us money) was that once we lower the price we can not adjust back up, and the market was beyond soft. We followed his advice and in the spring of 2021 we relisted our unit at an aggressive price. Again, Brian saved us money since I was assuming we list it for a lot less, but his strategy was clear and we went with his advice. Two months later after only a single price adjustment down, we got a full price offer. In total, Brian probably saved us $50-75k in my opinion, because of his strategy and understanding of the market. Brian’s strategy was to get us the best price he could and not a quick sell for his commission. Needless to say, we were very happy with Brian but it’s the small things he does too that sets him apart. We had a quick closing and he knew we were stressed about moving. Brian stopped by to check in on us, and offered (and paid) for our unit to be cleaned so we could focus on moving out and not stress about cleaning. These are the things that set Brian apart. His priority is his clients not his commission. I would not hesitate to recommend or hire him again.

Most importantly when it came time to make offers Brian was calculated, assertive, and kept a level head in ‘multiple offer’ conditions when Buyer and Seller behavior can become manic.
