Looking to buy a home in the Scottsdale area from the Chicago area would seem to be quite the challenge for us, but it was not thanks to Brian Doherty. Brian’s knowledge and expertise of homes in the Scottsdale area was tremendous. He took all our needs into consideration and directed us to homes that he thought we would like. We viewed many homes of interest by Brian using FaceTime. Brian’s insight and opinion helped make our decision on which home to purchase. We were successful on our long distance challenge to find a home in Scottsdale and we so enjoyed working with Brian.

Once the property we wanted to buy had been identified, Brian served a truly invaluable role. I believe because of his legal background, he was able to offer valuable insight into how the offer should be structured to communicate to the sellers that we were serious buyers - even though our offer was significantly below the asking price. He also recommended negotiating steps which allowed us to acquire personal property in the sale. Brian remained diligent throughout the inspection process and was instrumental in ensuring that the outcome of that process produced a reasonably acceptable result. My wife and I would highly recommended Brian Doherty to anyone interested in Arizona real estate!
