It is with pleasure that I write this letter outlining Brian DeHerrera's skills, knowledge and character. It was a delight to work with him during the Spring and Summer of 2020. After relocating to the Denver Metropolitan Area in 2019, it soon became apparent that I needed to put roots down in Colorado. After assessing my preferences in terms of location, amenities and price, Brian provided me with a variety of home options. He was extremely patient with me as I bounced between the purchase of homes, townhomes and a new build. During the search, home inspection, and closing process, he demonstrated a high level of professionalism and competency. The fact that he has expertise in the business coupled with home maintenance-rehab skills, set him apart from the majority of the realtors in this area. Without question, I felt that he had my best interest at heart and I put my full trust in his abilities to not only secure an amazing home for me but also be a strong advocate when it was necessary to make repair recommendations and dissect legalese. Since July of 2020, I have recommended Brian’s services to several of my friends who were moving in and out of the Denver area.
