About Brian

Born and raised in Bergen County, New Jersey, Brian moved to southwest Florida in 2000 and obtained his Florida Sales Associate Real Estate License in 2004. After working for 4 years on Boca Grande and the surrounding areas, Brian obtained his Florida Real Estate Broker license and opened The BRC Group, LLC Boca Grande, FL on November 1st, 2008. After establishing The BRC Group LLC as one of the premier real estate companies specializing in luxury properties in Boca Grande and Placida, Brian purchased Boca Grande Vacations in November 2013. This acquisition enables The BRC Group LLC to provide vacation rentals as an added service to our existing and future customers. With this expansion we now offer over 75 vacation rental properties as well as a second real estate office located in the Boca Grande North clubhouse, which is the first real estate company that customers see when coming on the island. Brian is a founding Director of The Taste of Boca Grande which as an annual event started 17 years ago has raised over $600,000 to date for The Harry Chapin Food Bank and also serves as a Director on the Board of The Boca Grande Chamber of Commerce. Brian lives in Boca Grande with his wife Sigrid and two sons, Andrew (18), a Freshman at UCF and Matthew (21), a Senior at UF. Go Gators and Knights! Brian and his family enjoy being members of the Lemon Bay Golf Club, Coral Creek Club and The Useppa Island Club. They also enjoy boating in the beautiful surrounding waters of South West Florida.

We were very pleased at the ease of the transaction across state lines. The property sold extremely fast and Brian kept up posted throughout every step of the process and negotiations.
