Brian was a joy to work with and a true professional. We first met him at an open house when we were just starting to consider buying, and the connection and energy were immediate. He made us feel welcome right away, but it was also clear he knows the market and takes his job seriously. Brian was a wealth of knowledge throughout the entire process and a strong negotiator. He helped us get everything on our wish list while keeping us under the price we were targeting. He was extremely responsive and did a great job keeping the process moving smoothly with as few hiccups as possible during closing. He also went above and beyond for us. We looked at over 20 properties together, and at no point did we ever feel pressured to make a decision. If we hadn’t found the right house, I have no doubt he would have gladly looked at another 20 with us until we did. Most importantly, he was honest and transparent every step of the way. I would absolutely recommend Brian to anyone considering buying or selling, at any price point. This isn’t a side gig for him — he’s the real deal. 10/10.
