Brett Hughes

I interviewed Brett while looking for the right real estate agent. He knows Meridian and Boise very well and I was impressed with the size of his team. I asked him about the market and he knew prices and the current conditions. He was helpful in my search.

Brett Hughes has assisted us in selling one home and buying another. He always takes the time to explain the process and answer any questions you might have. He is honest and reliable. He is the only realtor I use, and the only one I recommend to my family and friends.

Brett was our agent both in buying our home and then selling it a few years later. As first time home buyers (and then later sellers) he was great at helping us through the process and making sure we were comfortable with all the various steps. I highly recommend Brett to anyone looking in Boise, Meridian, Eagle and elsewhere!

Easy to work with and very knowledgable of current market. I moved out of state and made it easy to contact. He recommended a property management company to me while I rented my home for two years. When it came time to sell we had a full price offer within a couple days and made selling it so easy while living in another state.

Brett Helped me in both the buying and selling process for my Caldwell home. He helped stage the house and was very insightful when it came to deciding what to upgrade when selling the house in order to get the most bang for my buck. Could not say more for how much easier he made what could have been a nightmare. When financing fell through for the buyer, I expected to re-list and try to find another buyer, which would have been unfortunate as the bid was higher than expected. Rather than re-list and secure a faster commission, Brett helped arrange a rental agreement (at no cost to me) until financing could be secured. The several months it took to secure financing was more than enough to make any real estate professional wish they had re-listed and taken the quick commission. If there is some sort of superhero version of a guy who wears a neck tie and says the word "comps" a lot, it's probably Brett.

Brett and his team were great to work with. They worked hard to close the deal and got it done in spite of unforseen challenges - including the appraisal coming in low. I will be working with Brett again on our next real estate transaction.
