We got more money than we expected from the sellers, and he got us the washer, dryer, and barstools (which we didn’t ask for, but he know we needed). In addition to his stellar negotiating skills, Brent was courteous and polite through the whole process. We gave him prerequisites for our home and he found us the PERFECT home.
