We had some serious issues this time with the builders agent. Long story short, a serious lack of communication led to us quickly closing in on selling our current house without having anywhere to go. Brent jumped into action and made phone calls to try and find us a place to stay for 6-8 weeks while our house was finished being built. He spoke to us almost daily and was always ensuring we had the latest information on our build. If the other realtor had even 1/10th of the communication skill of Brent, we would’ve been just fine. He did an exceptional job of going to bat for us when there were any issues with the build and did a fantastic job negotiating the sale of the house we previously lived in. I can’t say enough good about him. This is the second time we’ve used him, and we will never look anywhere else for our realtor needs. Even when he was on VACATION (poolside in the sun) he jumped into action to make sure we were treated fairly and got everything we needed done. I wish I had enough characters in this review to line out the whole story, but suffice it to say, Brent is 100% someone you want on your team when you are buying OR selling a home.
Brent has been a personal friend of mine for many years, so there was no question I was going to use him as my agent. I didn’t know what to expect. I was a first time home buyer. I had no pre-existing knowledge of the business and knew none of the language and jargon that was used. But he made it so easy. It is because of him that I had a very stress free experience. I first met Brent Frederick six years ago. I was looking for something to rent for myself and a child. I was looking for something more affordable and his apartment seemed very reasonable and affordable. He was very generous and allowed my daughter to keep her support animals with a meet and greet, and the proper paperwork on the animals. Anyhow, he took a chance on giving us a new beginning. I worked hard on making the bills paid on time. Cleaning houses, working for Baptist Health, and home health assistant. Eventually, I started taking ownership of Flores Tree Services. We were outgrowing. I knew for a while that we would be needing a larger area for parking and work equipment. Some unfortunate events happened during the Covid pandemic. We lost my mom died to Covid. I knew it was time to make a change in life, so Brent Frederick began the process of showing me homes for sale. He worked day and night to find the perfect place to suit our needs. Brent explained everything about the buying process. He even got me a better deal, as he bargain the bidding for me. I look forward to working with Brent Frederick in the future as we plan on buying another house in the near future. My family and I ended up renting our apartment from Brent for over 5 years.
