My wife and I desired a quick (and proftiable) turnaround on executive home in Lexington. Brent recommended touchups/improvements that highly increased the property value. His team of contractors were prompt, attune to detail, and quickly wrapped-up home repairs to get the place listed. All-in-all, we went from discussions to sell through closing in 3 months while maintaining market value. Quite an accomplishment during a stagnant housing market and at the beginning of down-season for home sales (fall/winter). Highly recommend Brent for his professionalism, experience, and dedication.

We had some serious issues this time with the builders agent. Long story short, a serious lack of communication led to us quickly closing in on selling our current house without having anywhere to go. Brent jumped into action and made phone calls to try and find us a place to stay for 6-8 weeks while our house was finished being built. He spoke to us almost daily and was always ensuring we had the latest information on our build. If the other realtor had even 1/10th of the communication skill of Brent, we would’ve been just fine. He did an exceptional job of going to bat for us when there were any issues with the build and did a fantastic job negotiating the sale of the house we previously lived in. I can’t say enough good about him. This is the second time we’ve used him, and we will never look anywhere else for our realtor needs. Even when he was on VACATION (poolside in the sun) he jumped into action to make sure we were treated fairly and got everything we needed done. I wish I had enough characters in this review to line out the whole story, but suffice it to say, Brent is 100% someone you want on your team when you are buying OR selling a home.
