After my Mom passed away in the spring, we needed to sell the family home in Aurora but I live in Texas and hadn't sold a home in years! A friend recommended Brendan and he worked with my travel schedule & with me remotely when I was in Texas. He helped arrange needed repairs and find people who could improve the appearance of the home to increase the interest in the sale and the sales price. When the market prices jumped around as we were listing the house, Brendan set the price to get a lot of interest while still maximizing our selling price. Brendan was great about answering my questions and leading me through a listing and sales process which was at times confusing with potential for costly errors if I had tried to do it on my own. I would certainly use Brendan again if I had the opportunity and would strongly recommend him to other people looking for a great real estate experience.
