We had such an incredible experience with Brendan! Brendan got us under contract with the home of our dreams at list price! What is more, is that he negotiated that the seller fix all the necessary items from the inspection (totaling about $15k in work) and when the appraisal came back for $15k less than the list price, he was able to get them to reduce the home price by that much as well! Additionally, when we went to list our home, we were hoping for top dollar at a certain price, he through his research, expertise, and experience listed it at $50k more. When it was all said and done, we sold our home for $100k OVER what we were hoping for!!! We are so grateful for his attention to detail, professionalism, and securing a great home for us!
