Brendan is a good man: deep faith in Christ, moral, ethical, honest, loves people, and is a very good listener. He understands real estate completely and provided sound and reasoned advice to us from our first meeting to the closing of the sale of our home. Brendan sold our house in one weekend at over asking price during a downturn in the market! His staging design coordinator, photographer and list of trade contacts helped make the process incredibly smooth, affordable and easy to navigate prep and inspection findings. He took the extra time to stay in constant contact with buying agents who put in offers and used his Irish charm to ensure a backup offer when our original one fell through. While we are probably locked in our new home for a good, long time (also thanks to Brendan!), he will be our first point of contact for any real estate questions we have.
