Frank was great to work with - extremely helpful and kept us well informed throughout the process. As a first time home buyer, I was very nervous and unsure about the entire process. I wasn’t sure where to start, or what I would need to do, but Frank was very helpful with a step by step breakdown of everything it would take to purchase my new home. We reviewed several different properties, did a couple of walkthroughs, and then ultimately found the house I was able to purchase. The notifications generated by my custom search, off the website, helped to narrow everything down to exactly what I was looking for, and then the real work started once I found “the one”. We got lucky, and were actually able to negotiate a lower price than what was originally listed. Frank made sure to fight hard for certain stipulations to the deal, and I’m glad he made sure to cover my side of the deal. His early actions and stipulations ended up saving me 15k in repairs before we closed the deal. I’ve recently found out the seller was extremely irritated at the job Frank did for me in the negotiation process, so I know I made the right decision when choosing who to work with for such a large purchase.
