There are so many good things to say about Brenda — she truly is the best realtor. Brenda was patient, warm, and supportive as she guided us through the process of buying our first house. She really got our vision and what we were looking for, and didn’t pressure us at all during the process. At one point she said “I can see it…now I just have to manifest it.” That was truly music to our ears as we were using the word manifest ourselves. At one point we looked at a house that had a super wet yard and all kinds of pipes and drains funneling water away from the house and Brenda said she'd “have a hard time encouraging [us] to buy this house” because of that. That made me feel super taken care of and like we could trust her. She was also a killer negotiator. It’s amazing someone so warm can also be so badass. Brenda really knows her stuff and it was a joy to work with with her.

She is knowledgeable about the area around all the neighborhoods as well as each development you may be looking at.no matter how many properties you want to look at she will make sure she takes the time to find the one that works for you. If she doesn't have an answer for you, she will find it and get back to you.

We lived in our home for 37 years, and needed to get rid of many things we had gathered through the years. Brenda was patient, professional and kind in all our dealings with her. She helped us to declutter and decide which things we could eliminate from our home. After doing that, she staged our home and took great photos of each of our rooms. She organized a luncheon for the other realtors in our area to come see our home, then had an open house so prospective buyers could also see it. These strategies allowed us to sell our home less than two weeks after it was listed! She sent us listings for new homes we might be interested in, paying attention to what we liked and didn't like. She helped us narrow our choices to include only homes with a condominium style of living. Brenda took us to see any home we thought we might like to see. We also bought our new 55+place, Flowers Mill, after much looking and searching with her. She was extremely patient and helpful finding us a house that was "just right!"
