She really got our vision and what we were looking for, and didn’t pressure us at all during the process. At one point she said “I can see it…now I just have to manifest it.” That was truly music to our ears as we were using the word manifest ourselves. At one point we looked at a house that had a super wet yard and all kinds of pipes and drains funneling water away from the house and Brenda said she'd “have a hard time encouraging [us] to buy this house” because of that. That made me feel super taken care of and like we could trust her. She was also a killer negotiator. It’s amazing someone so warm can also be so badass. Brenda really knows her stuff and it was a joy to work with with her.
