I was looking for an agent to help me sell my house in California. My agent in Las Vegas, NV who had just helped me purchase my home referred me to Brenda. Since I live in another state, Brenda and I never actually met face to face. All communication and documents were handled via telephone, email, text message and Doc U Sign. It was a smooth transaction, and a buyer was found in a very timely manner. I found Brenda to be very competent and experienced, and she was very good with negotiation and dealing with the buyers and buyer’s agent. I only wish that communication was a bit more forthcoming in terms of the current status of the transaction as we progressed from start to close of escrow, but everything was being handled as needed. If you're a prospective buyer or seller in California, I think it would be a good decision to choose Brenda to represent you as your agent.
