I used Brenda as the realtor to sell my home. Initially, when I first met Brenda, she was very organized and seemed efficient. However, as our working relationship progressed, I started to fell more like a “number” versus a client. Brenda only communicated with me via text message. Being new to the process of selling a home, it can be very confusing. She never once called me to have a telephone conversation. I always had to call her to initiate a call for an explanation. She is not personable and did not take the time to explain each step of the process. She texted me several times asking Me the same questions and requested the same documents that she had previously asked me before. She seemed like she was too busy and couldn’t remember what she had already asked. There was one point during the process where she was very rude and caddy. She told me I had received a home offer that was lower than my offer price. I said they wanted to decline the offer because I wanted to get the asking price or more for my home. Brenda stated, verbatim, “Your home is only worth what a buyer is willing to pay…we don’t have a magic 8 ball.” This comment was so unprofessional and showed she is not supportive of her client’s wants throughout the process. She portrayed that she just wanted to hurry up and close the deal so she can get paid.
We had a great experience working with Brenda. She is very responsive and can be contacted at any time day or night. She was very accommodating when we wanted to do a second walk through of the property. She was very honest and easy to work with.
