This review is way over due, but it just took some time to get settled into our new home. First of all, I will forever be grateful to Brenda for helping us find our dream and first home. Brenda is extremely responsive. I never had to follow up with her. She is always on time which shows she is considerate and respectful of our and your time. We also got to meet her daughter who is also pretty awesome. They both provided good and important feedback that we took into consideration. She pointed out things that we didn’t look at right away which is extremely important. Buying a home is not an easy process and it’s probably the biggest and most important purchase of our lives, but Brenda made it extremely smooth. I have talked to friends who have had other realtors and have gotten so many offers rejected and with Brenda, we were able to get an offer that we wanted accepted right away. She is very hands on which helps get a faster response from the sellers. She was familiar with the areas and told us what areas were not safe, etc. She also referred us to Victor and Dulce who helped us with the loan application process and they were so extremely helpful. She is beyond wonderful and you shouldn’t look any further!
Brenda worked terrifically with my aging mom to sell her house in Covina. She was patient, diligent and on top of things every step of the way.
