Brenda was helpful in letting me and my contractor look at the property before escrow closed so he could see what I wanted done before moving in. The contractor could plan his work and put me on his schedule. Brenda was easy to work with and friendly. I highly recommend her. If I do put my other property up for sale, I will have her sell it for me.
