Brenda was both our listing and buying agent.
I had a great experience with Brenda. She helped us understand the wants and needs of buyers and also brought a partner with her to help give us tips on what buyers will be looking for. She sold our house to an investor within the first few days the house was listed. He backed out, she also helped us understand what was happening and assured us the house would sell quickly. It did sell within a few days and it closed very quickly. This was great for us because we had already put an offer in on another house, which closed relatively quickly. Her positive advice to us which kept us from being discouraged. I would highly recommend Brenda to anyone listing or buying their home.
