Brandon is our Hero!!!!

Debra & I are from New Jersey. For various reasons we wanted to leave the state. We came across Brandon’s videos on YouTube. We found them to be very informative about Delaware, the towns, communities, and homes. We were able to do our own research then turn to him for answers and confirmation. When we finally met with him he took us to numerous 55+ communities then stepped back and allowed us to speak with the builders’ representatives. He was never pushy but was there as an experienced consultant. During the construction of our new home he sent us pictures and drone videos of the process. When there was a bit of a conflict about the closing date due to my scheduled medical testing he interceded on our behalf and was able to convince the builder to give me the extra week I needed. Thank you Brandon. We love our new home.
