Hello, I'm so sorry for the late review; but I was so preoccupied moving into my new home and community. I had the best realtor to assist in negotiating my home purchase in Magnolia. His name is Brandon Windom., with Myers Realty. I have to thank Brandon for selecting to go into real estate sales. I TRULY TRULY appreciate his intuitive nature and his knowledge of the market is fantastic. He's also great with local restaurant tips in the area as well. LOL We had alot of long days on my home search. I encountered other realtors that didn't listen to my needs and/or concerns, and the most important my CHECKLIST & BUDGET. Upon my first meeting Brandon he was genuinely concerned of the client needs and not steering to purchase out of budget to create a higher commission for himself. I appreciate the great rapport that Brandon has with other realtors/community sales team. It showed me the characteristics that he possesses and that was huge check on my list. Brandon is attentive to the clients needs, even though sometimes my wants overshadowed my needs. Brandon is a "boots on ground" realtor and will assists you and offer solid constructive advice if desired; and guide you in the direction of your home purchase in the state of Delaware.
