I was able to purchase a house across the country comfortably knowing Brandon had all the answers. If is wasn’t for him we may have lost the house due to lender issues the entire way. I would recommend him to everyone within central Florida. He was at the houses I sent him the same day if possible which is absolutely needed in this market to get an offer out before you lost it.

When Kimi and I were looking for our first home in 2013 it was a pain in the rear. It took almost a year, our realtor was pushy, put his wants over ours etc …..everything about it was less than thrilling. Cut to 2021, we decided it was time to sell and upgrade. We met with Brandon and from day one he was attentive, informative, flexible, and made the process quite fun actually. My only regret is that we don’t hang out anymore! This is due to his ability to zero in on a home for us and help us close in under a month. He even showed up to closing and fixed a sprinkler head, just because he’s that cool! I tend to be picky - I highly recommend Brandon and Wheatley Realty. All the stars!

Brandon was absolutely amazing to work with. He listened to what we wanted and was constantly having homes lined up for us to see. He assisted with everything, every step of the way and made our experience so pleasant. Buying a home with his help was easier then buying furniture (no joke!). He has even been so helpful with questions we have had after the purchase. 10/10 recommend Brandon and will definitely use him again if we were to buy/sell again in the future.

Brandon did a great job selling our home for us. It was our first selling experience and he was able to teach us about the local market and comparable homes. He was fantastic with communicating with us every step of the way. We had some hiccups with our buyers but it all worked out in the end. Brandon is very personable and it felt like we knew each other for years. Definitely recommend him to anyone and we plan on using him again for future purchases or selling.
