While trying to find a house in central Florida, I found it was easier said than done. We decided to look at some homes being built. That turned out to be the golden ticket. We got it for the asking price,and didn’t have to compete with other people.In about six weeks I closed on my new house. There are still a few good deals out there, you just need the right person to find them.
