WE MET BRANDO VIA THE INTERNET. I SAW A HOME ON ZILLOW AND WHEN I SHOWED INTEREST, BRANDON CONTACTED ME. HE WAS QUICK TO RESPOND TO MY QUESTIONS AND IF HE DIDN’’T KNOW THE ANSWER HE FOUND SOMEONE THAT DID. THE DAY OF CLOSING UPON ARRIVAL OF OUR NEW HOME, WE DISCOVERED THE HOMES AIR CONDITIONER DID NOT WORK. I REACHED OUT TO BRANDON AND HE CAME TO THE HOME TO TROUBLE SHOOT. HE SPENT CLOSE TO 2 HOURS ASSISTING MY HUSBAND TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHAT WAS WRONG. UNFORTUNATELY THEY WERE UNABLE TO REPAIR IT, HOWEVER BRANDON HAD A CONTACT WHO HAD ARRANGED TO COME TO THE HOME TO FIX THE UNIT. I APPRECIATE THE SERVICE AFTER THE FACT. HE IS KIND, PROFESSIONAL AND A TRUE GENTLEMAN.

Friendly͏ and Accommodating I was connected with Brandon after requesting a tour of a new home that I found online. He called me immediately and was able to schedule the tour the next day. Brandon was very friendly and spent a fair amount of time contacting the builder to get answers to my questions while we were still on property. As I continued my search over the next few months Brandon stayed in contact and forwarded me new listings that met my very specific search criteria. When I asked to view several more homes Brandon was able to set up all five tours in one day with about 24 hours notice. He was happy to make the more than one hour drive to meet me and spend most of the day checking out the new listings along with the clubhouse and fitness center. The offer I made on one of those homes was accepted, and Brandon was very helpful making sure the process went smoothly. I just closed on my new home, and although I hope to never move again, if I do I would certainly engage the services of Brandon Shrout.
