It has been a very pleasant and educational process buying a piece of land with Brandon. We set up a meeting to go walk the land. Soon we found out that there were gopher turtle mounds on site, so we made a "note" of that. Moving on, we walked the entire parameter of the land. It has a gorgeous layout between open pasture land, forest and even lake views! This land is worth fighting for, and so we did. We had to work out a couple of quirks together with the listing realtor, but it all worked out in the end. We also learned a lot about the gopher turtles and how much they are protected! I found Brandon to be very responsive to every phone calls and text message, and to me, that is extremely important. I can highly recommend Brandon's services as a professional Realtor, who doesn't stop helping you after the land was bought, but also has connections to start fencing it, to keep it safe from wildlife.
