I signed a realtor back in August of 2022 and renewed in March of 2023. In August of 2023, I called Brandon. He looked at my condo and made some suggestions to improve the looks that were of minimal cost. He listed my condo on August 9th and on August 10th I received an offer $5,000 above my asking price. I closed on September 12th. The closing would have been earlier, but the buyer requested additional time to get lower interest rate.
