Brandon Beston

I signed a realtor back in August of 2022 and renewed in March of 2023. In August of 2023, I called Brandon. He looked at my condo and made some suggestions to improve the looks that were of minimal cost. He listed my condo on August 9th and on August 10th I received an offer $5,000 above my asking price. I closed on September 12th. The closing would have been earlier, but the buyer requested additional time to get lower interest rate.

I have worked with Brandon a couple of different times when trying to buy a home and would highly recommend. His communication was always timely and he was very patient and helpful with lots of questions through the process. As a member of the queer community myself I appreciated the inclusive space he creates and felt comfortable and supported.

Brandon is such a kind, thoughtful, and committed agent and I would highly reccommend him to anyone looking to list or purchase property in Colorado. He's communicative, patient, and responsive, and helped us find a property we are really excited about. I'm not big on writing reviews, but definitely want to in this case becasue Brandon is awesome and deserves recognition :)

Brandon was a pleasure to work with. He had clear and fast communications. Also, his eye for how to stage our property was spot-on! After getting multiple offers the first day on the market, he talked us through each one and highlighted the pros/cons of each without every pushing one or the other. He was also instrumental in guiding us through the mile-long checklist of things to do while under contract. Closing went off without a hitch! If we need anything real estate related in Denver area, we'll certainly be reaching out to Brandon.

Simply put, Brandon puts 100% of himself into his work and he proves this throughout the entire process. At the very beginning of our home sale process, we sat down and walked through our expectations of the process timeline and looking back it all came together precisely how we had planned. We have sold a home and purchased two homes and I cannot imagine relying on anyone other than Brandon for either transaction. He took the time to truly 'know' us and fully understand our goals and priorities. He is not afraid to ask the difficult questions. We wouldn't start down this path without Brandon by our side.

Brandon knows the Denver and Evergreen market well, guided us and supported us every step of the way. We highly recommend him!
