Had the home listed with other agents previously, and there were always excuses, promises made with no results and the agents seemed to become harder to get ahold of the longer things went. My experience with Bradley and Begona was amazing! Our home was in Waterset in Apollo Beach, Florida and we knew they were extremely knowledgeable of this community. When we first met with them to discuss listing our home, they came prepared and told us how many homes were currently for sale and suggested a price based on comparable homes. We spent the next six weeks making arrangements to move. By the time we were ready to list our home they told us the market had shifted and the available homes had dropped considerably. They recommended we list our home at a significantly higher price than originally suggested. Understanding the housing market truly makes them experts in their field. I regret I did not submit this sooner. We were one of the first residents in Waterset building our home in Phase 1. When we decided it was time to move on we selected a real estate agent and started the process. More than 30 showings and 6 months later we were frustrated and debating on whether or not to sell. After taking a break from the process for about 3 months we made the decision to try again to sell. We had heard about Mr. Waterset but did not take it seriously. We interviewed several agents from multiple companies and spoke to multiple people for input. We appreciated all who made their presentations however Bradley was the only one who shared his commendation of other agents and did not push for a decision. This created an immediate comfort level.
