Let me start by saying that the my overall experience with selling my house was about as stress free as I could ever hope for. Bradley and his team did everything right and went above and beyond what a typical realtor would do. He literally got down his hands and knees and helped me dig and fix a plumbing issue I had. He also arranged to have some repairs done and took care of some of them himself, what realtor does that, most just want you to sign a contract and collect a commission, not Bradley, he genuinely wants to make sure client is happy with the outcome and even follows up after the sale. He has also become a resource for me for projects on my new house, and while I may not need realtor in the near future I will be referring him to all friends and family. Selling a home is stressful, but having Bradley and his team on my side reduced that stress, I put my trust in him and he came through in exemplary fashion!
