What Brad did for us I am convinced that other realtors would not have done. He takes the the entire process and makes it as easy as possible. He explains everything. He knows everything. He doesn't hesitate to jump on the phone and handle issues that arise. He doesn't hesitate to come over and lend a hand, whether it be packing, moving, signing docs, meeting with lenders, anything at all. Brad loves to be right there the whole time. With our sale and contingent purchase we had many stresses along the way (who doesn't?) but Brad is just so good about fully managing every roadblock that pops up.
