Brad listened to my opinion on the value of my Lake Cumberland lake front lot and then followed with his opinion providing recent comparitive sales figures along with his extensive experience in this specific marketplace. I felt comfortable with Brad and never felt pressured.
Brad did a great job marketing, listing, and getting my property sold quickly! Highly recommend Brad to anyone looking to buy or sell!

Brad made the whole real estate transaction seamless. These deals are a pain in the ass on a good day and Brad made it painless. Thank you!
We worked with Brad for over two years to find the perfect vacation get away. He was so patient with us. He learned quickly on what our likes and dislikes were. After many trips and months (years) of looking Brad called and said he found a really nice place, told us we should take a trip there to see the house. We are approx 4 hours away. He was right! We loved the house and approximately 30 days later we own it. Brad made sure everything went smoothly and kept us posted along the way. After settling in he checked on us to make sure all was well. We will definitely use Brad again if we ever need to sell or buy a home. Would highly recommend Brad as your next realtor.
Brad did a great getting viewings scheduled around my tight schedule. We made an offer and closed within 31 days.
Brad is very knowledgeable about the market and he has helped me tremendously
Got in touch with Brad, due to owning property in Kentucky and living in Texas, his team worked through all the hurdles and kept me informed all through the process, would use again.
Brad Bigelow met with us, as we were living in Florida at the time of trying to purchase a home in the Somerset area. He was willing to show us many homes in our search. He went above our expectations in finding what we were looking for. He went to the house we purchased for us & took videos so that we could see the inside & outside up close. He is very knowledgeable about the surrounding area of Somerset which in turn made our choice of areas much easier. He was always very professional in his showings, housing information & community activities. He was very proficient in sending listings, checking out ones we might like & willing to take us anywhere we chose to look. After a few viewings of homes, he got a feel for what we would like, areas he thought we would be happy with & helped us immensely with all of the paperwork involved in purchasing a home. He answered my questions, & there were many, at all times of the day & night. We couldn't have accomplished our purchase without his advice, knowledge & help!! I would recommend him to anyone looking to find a home.
Brad has a lot of experience as a realtor although he’s viewed 1000 homes in his years of experience, he still was very patient and listen to us as we toured houses. His experience helped us to secure a deal and make a smooth transition through all the paperwork that was needed.
