Brad helped me market and sell a unique property. His knowledge and expertise were evident from our first meeting. I couldn’t be more happy with the quality of service he provided and would gladly recommend him to anyone trying to sell a home in the greater Cumberland Lake area! Thanks Brad, Happy New Year!
Brad was awesome to work with. Me and my fiance have been looking at houses with Brad for 2 years and he always made time for us. We finally closed on our first house together and we would have never been able to do it without the patience and understanding that Brad gave us. Thank you Brad Bigelow for our new home. You are always welcome here.
This was a remote piece of property with some restrictions, Brad worked the ad & pictures, I think the way he worded the ad helped, I was told could be a hard sell, it took some time, each month I would receive updates on how many views it receive, was happy at Brad's knowledge of real estate advertisement & market priceing. Would use again Thanks Brad
Brad is a super real estate agent who really understands the housing market. He treated us right and sold our house quickly and for a very good price.
Brad has been quick to respond to my questions or concerns.
Brad was very professional! His knowledge, experience and professionalism stood out. He gave good advice on showing and pricing the house. Utilized new technology for photo & video that we appreciated. He worked his contacts hard and hosted a couple of Open Houses. We negotiated on final sale price just 10 days after listing. The whole process was so smooth. Brad is highly recommended and can get it done!
We came to Brad needing to sell our lake property in the winter months which is not an easy task. He assessed the market and priced our house above what we originally thought the value was. He was able to get us a great offer and under contract within a month. The process was easy and we were able to close from several states away. I appreciate his professionalism and responsiveness, and most of all his knowledge which resulted in receiving more money for the property than we expected. I recommend him if you have a property in the area.
I had an amazing experience working with Brad! They went above and beyond to help me sell my lake lot. Their expertise, patience, and dedication made the entire process smooth and stress-free. They were always available to answer my questions and provided valuable insights that I wouldn’t have considered on my own. I couldn’t have asked for a better agent—highly recommend!
Always return my call within minutes, very helpful and knowledgeable would definitely highly recommend !
Brad was very persistent and professional in helping with selling a piece of property in Nancy, Ky. Unlike some others, Brad checked in with us to update me on the market and selling strategies. I would definitely recommend him to potential buyers or sellers.
We've used Brad several times and he always gets the job done!
