Agents were very knowledgeable on current market conditions and were able to communicate effectively. Agents advertise the property using all available means such as social media, websites, and open house sessions. They also kept us inform of all the events as they were happening. When offers came, we were able to set up a phone call to discuss the offer and or summit a counteroffer within a timely manner. They also let us know of any feedback from the walkthroughs or anything that might be wrong with the property. While the home was listed, we had two hurricanes around the area, the agents were diligent on checking the property and helpful on getting quotes to repair any damage or deficiencies. Overall great experience!

If you want to sell your home for a good price, then hire Page Properties Team. Bradford Page and Joshua Ingram are incredible. They really do make a good team. I interviewed many realtors over the phone and three in-person before hiring the Page Properties Team. The first two who looked at the house, started the conversation with a list of negative things about the house and they wanted me to list the house $225,000 less than what Page Properties Team sold it for. The actual selling price would have been much less than the list price they suggested. They also wanted me to hire their contractors to do some cosmetic upgrades for $50,000 to 80,000 before listing. Brad was the third realtor I interviewed in-person, but he was the first realtor to start the conversation by listing positive things. Like the other two, he also suggested some cosmetic upgrades. He said the cosmetic upgrade can be done before listing or it can be listed ‘as is’. He sold it ‘as is’ and I am very happy with the selling price. His years of experience in real estate business was the key to success. Josh is an energetic and a highly skilled person. He is well-versed in real estate business. His photography/videography skills are exceptional. He did an excellent job of presenting the house on-line. He relentlessly kept up with the routine maintenance of the house while it was on the market. He went out of the way to assist buyer’s agents as needed. I wish him all the best in his future career endeavors in the real estate business. In a nutshell, Brad and Josh have the expertise, experience, skills and most importantly the patience to sell the house for the best price. I strongly recommend the Page Properties Team without any hesitation.
