Brad has an extensive background in flipping homes so he knew exactly what he was doing. He pointed out things that we didn't see, good or bad. He also gave us estimates on costs so we could factor it into the cost of the home. Brad stuck by our side for nearly a year until we finally found the perfect home for us.
