We found Brad through a referral from a friend. Brad suggested that we look at many houses to get a feel of what we like. For each house we visited, it was clear that Brad had read the home inspection reports and could tell us the pros and cons of each home and why it may or may not be suitable given our situation (i.e. with kids, level of maintenance, ease of access). In our home purchase, Brad demonstrated his experience. The home was uniquely situated on a hillside and at the time of our visit, the homeowner did not have any inspection reports available. He helped us secure all of the different types of inspections that we will need. Brad is nothing if not prepared and thorough and this came through in the purchase process, in terms of contracting, working diligently with the sellers' agent and guiding us through the process. Although we did not know much about the process, Brad explained the sequence of events and what will happen at each step in the process. He was always available and happy to assist with our questions no matter how trivial.
