We just sold our home in Rancho Penasquitos and worked with Brad Seaman and Scott Freitag of the Seaman Team. They were an absolute pleasure to work with beginning with our first meeting through escrow closing. They were great communicators and spent many hours helping us prepare for the open house, reviewing multiple offers and communicating back and forth with the buyer's agent. Selling a home was made easier using the Seaman with their insights on the home presentation and providing valid references to make the home ready for selling. They were always available to us including weekends and evenings to answer any of our questions. We thoroughly enjoyed working with them and we recommend them to anyone selling or buying a home in the greater San Diego area.

I usually do not write reviews as I never feel that I have the time and energy to put something honest and thoughtful in such a short form, but in this case, I cannot wait to spread the word about Lauren, Brad and entire Seaman Team. We hired them to sell my in-laws home, which had special meaning as it was the home that my wife grew up in. They were amazing and everything was going great, and then the environment changed completely w/ the pandemic. Suddenly, what was smooth sailing, became a challenge. Throughout the whole time, I have never had a more in-tuned, honest, and diligent agents. They always returned calls, emails, texts promptly, and were always there with the right advice (not to mention talking us of the ledge) at the right time. We trusted the experts and they were able to deliver, closing on the sale for us last week, while jumping through every hoop known to man! We couldn’t be happier. A couple of thoughts as I look back on what was a great experience. While we were not the biggest clients of Brad and Lauren, they always made like we were. This speaks to their character and their understanding of what it means to have a relationship. Finally, your agent should be at their best when things are the toughest. This was the case with Lauren and Brad. Anyone can sell a house in a great market with no pandemic, but when you can do that in difficult conditions, it really shows the true scope of what it means to be the best. 5 stars, all the way!

Nobody wants to find themselves in a divorce but I did and Brads team took on the challenge of selling the marital home. When I say challenge, I mean it was a challenge. From beginning to the end, Brad was there to assist with anything I needed right away. I am still amazed at how patient this man is and how well he handled what I would consider a crisis. Everyone knows selling a home can be extremely daunting and stressful, especially when you no longer live in the state where your home is being sold. We asked ourselves all the typical questions. The right agent will go through all the offers with you and thoroughly explain all the pro's and con's, talking out risk vs reward and guide you to the best course of action. Brad and his team did exactly that and because of him, I was confident we were doing what was right for us. Ultimately this process was so seamless, I had complete confidence that Brad was taking care of it all and he DID NOT DISAPPOINT! We closed in record time and at a price we were VERY happy with!
