Brad was extremely helpful and diligent in the recent sale of our rental home. After our initial meeting, Brad got the ball rolling on the entire process and it was listed much more quickly than we anticipated! Brad provided weekly updates with the amount of showings and initial responses. Brad was great at seeking feedback from the realtors representing potential buyers so we could really gauge what buyers were thinking when touring our home. Since we had a tenant occupying the home while listing it on the market, there was an added logistical challenging of coordinating pictures, showings, open houses, etc. with our tenant. Brad handled all of this for us! Once offers came in, Brad worked closely with buyer's agents to coordinate and help us negotiate the best options for both parties. I looked online for a realtor that could show us some us some foreclosure houses or websites. We came to look at housing in the Ruckersville area and I called the number on a sign at a house and it was his.... He was so great and offered to show us all the houses we wanted to see on the following Saturday. It was pouring rain that day and he carried the umbrellas. We looked at 8 houses that day and found nothing in our price range. Brad asked us to rate the houses on a scale 1-10, nothing above a 6 that day. I was so disappointed. We had sold our home and our. Losing date was coming up fast. I really did not want to rent. I asked Brad when we got back to his office if we could pleases check to see if anything new had posted that day, he said sure thing. Well there it was...our new home!! Brad said, "well if you would like to see this, it is on my way home, I'd be happy to show it." I walked in and said, "now this is a 10" Brad went home and made our offer. It was excepted and 1 week after our closing in WV, we closed on our home here in VA. I would highly recommend Brad Gibson.
