Brad was very professional, and knowledgeable. However I felt that was missing more assistance or more careful when I signed the sale documents, there were a mistake that I found without experience and also without familiarity of the terminology due I do not speak English as a first language. He was able to be show more he was care and review those documents before I sign it. All went well but if I do not double check it will be my loss.

I had an outstanding experience selling my house with Mr. Gibson. During our initial consultation, he did a very comprehensive and thorough job of explaining all of the tools that Coldwell Banker offers in order to get the listing in front of potential buyers as soon as possible. This was important because the last time that I’d sold a home was seven years ago, and social media now plays a much more prominent role in today’s marketplace. Additionally, Mr. Gibson also took the time to explain other resources that were available, such as real estate brokers and attorneys that we could potentially work with if we needed to. Finally, Mr. Gibson explained everything that I needed to know to ensure that the photographer would be able to shoot the house so that it would look the best in the online listings. I was able to ensure that I took care of any action items that I had before the photographer arrived. To sum up, the house sold in three days for the price that we listed it at. Negotiations with the buyer went very smoothly, and I was very pleased with how quickly we able to get everything wrapped up. Working with Mr. Gibson was outstanding, and I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is looking to sell their house.

Very positive experience was very timely in communications, both over the phone and in person. House was vacant during this listing, and he took care of all the maintenance issues once they had a contract on it even to the point of paying the electrician to fulfill the inspection requirements.(of course, I reimbursed him.) Very personable Puts a real good effort into trying to market the house. I was grateful to have him on site since I was up in Woodbridge when this house was on the market.
