Brad Gibson did an amazing job from start to finish. I was a very picky buyer, my requirments were that my home had to be able to get comcast internet and be move in ready (My hometown area and my price range makes this an almost impossible feat). He had the patience of a saint and stuck it out with me, when my pervious realtor ended up giving me the cold shoulder. We searched for a little over a year before we found my perfect home about a month ago. If you are on the fence about using Brad don't be, he is the best. Being a quick reponder he'll get you in to see a house almost faster then you can hang up the phone. He made the whole process smooth and very easy for this first time buyer. I cannot recommend him enough.

When we were searching for a home, I called Brad whom was listed on a sign. We proceeded in looking and over a months time, I called about another home and Brad remembered me. We met at that house and no luck. Moving on we made an appointment to look at several homes on a cold rainy day in July 2017, Brad took us to see 8 homes. Brad made buying a home very easy and stress free. As a first time home buyer this was the best possible attribute I could ask for in a realtor. Brad was extremely helpful and diligent in the recent sale of our rental home. After our initial meeting, Brad got the ball rolling on the entire process and it was listed much more quickly than we anticipated! Brad provided weekly updates with the amount of showings and initial responses. Brad was great at seeking feedback from the realtors representing potential buyers so we could really gauge what buyers were thinking when touring our home. Since we had a tenant occupying the home while listing it on the market, there was an added logistical challenging of coordinating pictures, showings, open houses, etc. with our tenant. Brad handled all of this for us! Once offers came in, Brad worked closely with buyer's agents to coordinate and help us negotiate the best options for both parties. Would highly recommend Brad when selecting a realtor in your area.
