My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Randy Riesberg, a realtor with the Bergamini Group. After meeting with Randy we decided to purchase a new construction in Pronghorn Ranch with Garrett Walker Homes. We were very impressed with Randy's knowledge about all of the different steps that go along with purchasing a new constrution. He helped us with picking the perfect lot, he actually was able to negotiate opening another phase for us due to the lot we had chosen. He was at all of our meetings with the builder to go over any concerns we had, and to ask the builder questions that we hadn't thought of. Brad was our listing agent and from the start he was very willing and able to explain to us how the whole procedure worked for us as first time sellers. One week into the process we had a good, but lower than hoped for offer. We discussed possibilities for a multiple counter offer with Brad and he explained the paper work we had to fill out. While we were at home filling out the counter offer papers on our computer, Brad, realizing we weren’t that thrilled with the standing offer, set the wheels in motion by contacting other buyers agents who had already shown the house but had not yet come up with an offer. We worked with Brad's associate Pam Martin. Pam was simply wonderful. She knows the Prescott and Chino Valley areas inside-out. If you're looking to buy a place, she can steer you clear of areas that have water problems or other issues. If you're looking to sell, she will work tirelessly to keep your home in front of the other realtors and the buying community. Our "take one" flier box was always kept filled (a pet peeve for us with other realtors) and everyone in the office did a good job informing us on the status of the sale. Brad uses lots of modern online tools to track interest, and passes the results along on a weekly basis. All in all, an excellent company.
