I think the advertisement and pictures of the house were excellent in terms of every possible media and social media form... what was lacking was the personal touch....maybe that is not as appropriate anymore.... I would have liked to seen an open house or two for the public. There were two open houses for the real-estate agents, maybe that works better. However, I don't know. My house was sold, but not quite for what I thought it might. However; again it is not my business to sell houses and the Bergamini team sold my house and that is what counts.
