We worked with Allison Grace and she was very knowledgeable and such a joy to work with. Some of are relatives are thinking of moving to Prescott and we will recommend Allison. We feel that Allison went out of her way to be sure we were comfortable with the whole process of buying a home.

the whole team that works with Brad is excellent. Friendly and on top of things. Our house sold very fast. We did a remodel and Brad gave us some great advice, on what to focus on that will sell the house fast. I would highly recommend Brad and his team. I know we will use them again.

We are SO happy that we chose to work with the Brad Bergamini group. Our realtor was Allison and she helped us to find the perfect home. Allison was extremely professional, helpful, very prompt and sweet. She is beyond knowledgable and always able to answer any questions or concerns that we had. This was our first home purchase and the process was smooth from the first day that we walked in the door of their office. We highly recommend the Brad Bergamini group for anyone looking for a trustworthy, professional and knowledgable realty team!

Realty Executives – The Bergamini Group Allison from this office was awesome to work with. She helped to guide us every step of the way. She was always there for us anytime we needed her – all days of the week. She was so kind to us. We are from the Midwest, and needed to find a realtor. There were two other realtors that I talked to from the area, but they did not hold a candle to Allison. I went out and read the reviews and read the comments about Allison. I sent my contact information to the Bergamini Group, never imaging that Allison would be assigned to contact me. When I got that call from their office the person on the other end was Allison… I said, how did I get so lucky to get you! And, I’m still saying that to this day. She did things for us that she didn’t have to do, but she did. She went above and beyond. We were blessed to have Allison!

They did an incredible job for us. We are 100% satisfied. The home sold and closed in less than one month. The whole process went smooth. They even dealt with removing the contents of the home after closing.

Brad is what I consider an oxymoron which means he is a 100% honest realtor that I have not preveiously seen. About the only negative is his success which does not allow him enough time for an individual customer. However, the profeesionalism and knowledge overcome this. We need to have two "Brads" in his office

Allison did a fantastic job on finding us the perfect home! Her dedication and professionalism was greatly appreciated. Even more so, we are grateful for her willingness to solve problems and look into the many questions we had throughout the process. I would recommend her to everyone!! Thanks Allison!

We feel very fortunate to have contacted the Bergamini group while searching for a new home in Prescott. Our primary point of contact was with Karen Dusman; she proved to be both professional and personable - we felt like old friends right away. She kept us advised during every phase of our search and, once we found our new home, she was there for us when we had so many questions and needed her opinion on how to proceed. Karen and her office staff were always available to us and helped significantly reduce the stress of this experience for us.

When our family decided to move to WA due to my husbands job we had originally gone with another agent. After having our home on the market for 72 days and no offers we decided we needed a new agent. We called the Bergamini group and they were happy to help. Once we relisted our home with them, they had a professional photographer come to the house and take pictures. The new listing looked amazing and within 4 days we were under contract! We can't thank them enough for working hard and getting our house sold.

My husband and I were looking for a home in the Prescott area and ran into problems with the availability and responsiveness of another area realtor we had been referred to. I started searching for alternatives online and was impressed with the number of listings and reviews that were out there involving the Bergamini Group, so decided to call them. We worked with a buyer's agent, Karen Dusman, from their office, and were very satisfied with her level of knowledge, information, and expertise. Within a few weeks of our first meeting with her we found a house we loved and the purchase of it was exceptionally trouble free! We really appreciated Karen's knowledge of the local market and the professionalism of the entire team. We would definitely recommend the Bergamini Group and Karen Dusman!

Our realtor Julie Peterson and coordinator Debra Gaillac were great and made the purchase of our new home move smoothly through the entire process. Thank you

Very happy with the assistance we received in buying a second home. Everyone involved was very efficient and knowledgeable. Everything was clearly communicated to us as to what was needed at what times so everything ran very smoothly. I would recommend Randy Riesberg to anyone looking for a primary or second home in Prescott.
