We were extremely pleased with Brad Bergamini and all of his staff throughout the sale of our property. He is what every Realtor should be.... if I had to pick a word to describe him, it would be 'Trust'. He is Professional, Knowledgeable, Experienced, Reliable and he is very personable. He was encouraging, confident and real, he always responded to our calls and many questions in a timely manor. We most definitely recommend him without hesitation. Good man!

From start to finish Derek Sheridan and Brad Bergamini were super helpful (answered all our questions in a quick and timely manner), professional, honest, friendly, available, reliable and likeable! We could add even more adjectives to describe them but we are sure you get the picture! Derek Sheridan was with us every step of the way making this the easiest home buying experience we have ever had. Thank you!

I was a first time home buyer, and Randy helped me out tremendously! He kept me updated daily on what was available, and I put an offer in on the house the day it hit the market. It was a great experience!

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Allison Grace at the Bergamini Group to buy our first home in Prescott. It was a joy working with Allison. She’s extremely thorough, professional, and personable. We were impressed by her expedient responses to our calls and emails as well as her willingness to research questions she couldn’t answer right away (such as the amount of square footage we could fence according to the subdivision’s covenants). Working with Allison was a fantastic experience. We can’t thank her enough for making our dream home a reality!

They took a complex sale with the purchaser, home and lender, each located in different states, and made the process seamless. Very helpful with all sorts of local information including schools for our young children. Our agent gave honest feedback, both positive and negative, on each home we viewed without trying to influence our decision. I would definitely recommend to anyone!

Randy made the whole buying process very pleasant and was most helpful cradel to grave. I would recommend him and your company to any and all future prospects. bob mckeever

Allison Grace, a member of Brad's team, went over and above in her efforts to help us purchase a home in Prescott while living in Phoenix. Her understanding of the market, organizational skills and flexibility helped us to see as many properties as we needed to in the limited time we had available. She shepherded us through a bidding war on a house (which ultimately sold for more than we wanted to pay), and then helped us find our current home, in a better neighborhood at a much better value. Throughout, Allison was sharp, knowledgable, kind and generous with her time.

The Bergamini Group came well recommended and worked with us to sell our home in Kirkland, AZ. Brad's knowledge and experience were invaluable throughout the entire process, providing realistic guidance and expectations for all parties. Responses to our calls (from all of the staff) were always prompt and courteous - much appreciated.<br/><br/>'Probably many great realtors in the Prescott area, but our 1st choice would be the Bergamini Group. Thanks Brad!

I did a short sale and they were awesome! Shortsales are hard and require lots of patients. They were always there for me, every time I called someone answered the phone, that meant a lot. I would absolutly use them again.

This is a truly amazing team! They worked so hard for me on my first time home buying experience. I couldn't have done it without them! I would recommend them to anyone!

We loved working with Randy and Brad. Both were very helpful, knowledgeable, and offered valuable opinions with reference to the area. They never lost patience with our many questions and repeated viewings. I'd recommend to anyone looking for a home in the area.
