This is the 2nd time that we have worked with Bonnie and Brody. The first time my house was contracted on before it even went on the market. The second time it was on the market less than 48 hours! Bonnie and Brody were excellent to work with! They were very professional and also positive and enjoyable people to deal with through the whole process. Through experience and knowledge of the market, they developed an incredible strategy and executed it. My family had already moved out of town and since I couldn't be present all the time to attend to things, they're initiative and willingness to represent me was invaluable. Brody frost and Bonnie hicks were without a doubt the answer to our prayer after having a bad experience with another realtor. Brody went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of all questions were answered and that even when he was out of town had Bonnie on board and knew what was going on. Our closing was by far one of the hardest and lengthiest closings Brody said he’s ever had not due to our part but because the seller of the house we were purchasing. Selling out house was made so incredibly easy and Brody brought us buyers and showings constantly until our house sold, and sold for what we wanted to sell it for and what we desired to net on our home. We now feel like apart of the Bonnie hicks and Brody frost realtor team family after spending 6 months with consistent contact with them. Lastly, we never ever felt like the seller of our home or the buying of our new home was about Brody making a sell. Brody guided us as he would guide his own family and never once steered us in the wrong direction. He stayed with us late and answered questions late when our heads were spinning from the constant negotiation back and forth with the purchase of our new home.
